Lettera processes profile details, connected-account settings, encrypted authentication credentials, preferences, labels, signatures, support requests, and mailbox content required to provide features you request.
2. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, connect mail servers, provide mailbox tools, deliver notifications, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and maintain security and reliability.
3. Storage and retention
Mailbox content is primarily retrieved from or sent to your provider. Drafts, scheduled messages, attachments, labels, preferences, and activity records may be retained when a feature requires them.
4. Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with necessary providers, when legally required, or with your direction. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards protect stored information.
5. Your choices
You may update preferences, disable notifications, disconnect accounts, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
